At the end of every day, when the children are all settled and the house is quiet, the very last thing to do before you put your feet up for the day is the ‘Wiz-around’.
Tidying up in the evening, putting everything back in its place means you wake in the morning to a perfectly ordered home. So getting the children up and out to school is so much calmer because everything is where it should be and so there is no last minute panic, hunting for school bags, plimsoles or homework.
So how do we do it? Simple, grab yourself a laundry basket, go into every room and collect up everything that does not belong in that room and return it to the room, cupboard, shelf in which it does belong.

ANY TYPE OF BASKET…
Once you have removed those items that do not belong, spend a few minutes, fluffing up cushions and tidying sofas, put the dishwasher on and empty and fold and put away the contents of the tumble dryer; and finally relax, with a clear conscience, your house has been put to bed.
AFTER…
If you do this every evening, you will keep on top of your home, which will be less stressful for the family, more relaxing and liberating, just think how much easier life will be, simply by putting things away.
If however, you haven’t decluttered, this will not work for you, simply because you still have too much stuff; and most likely very little has it’s own place, so where would you take it!?
If this is you, give me , Dee, a call on 0770 104 7671, I can help you to declutter, organise what remains so everything has a place to go back too at the end of each day.
Happy Wiz-around…
