In creating Diggory, Dee Hope, Founder and Managing Director, reflected her own passion for organisation and systems. Seeing many of her friends and colleagues trying to live their lives surrounded by clutter inspired Dee to act. But her business was more than quoting some standard ‘dos and don’ts’, but centred around recognising every client is different and must be treated as such.

“At Diggory, my priority is to let clients live the life they want, unburdened by everyday humdrum of clearing clutter,” says Dee. “I understand the reluctance people have to expose their personal life to me, but I consider this involvement a privilege. A strong relationship with my clients is the key – working together, I leave them without clutter, and with a deep understanding how to organise their lives in the future.”

The Diggory approach to de-cluttering your home has evolved over many years of experience. Assessing the clutter is only one part of the programme – getting to know the circumstances, the individuals and the potential storage options are essential to supplying effective solutions.

Dee also believes that a good relationship enables her to coach clients to maintain the improvements over a long period. “Clutter is an easy habit to get into – part of my job is to make clearing the clutter just as routine.’
